On Angels Singing
Your
translation of angels singing is inaccurate. Angels do not sing. There is
no reason for angels to sing. The are messengers and they do as God
commands them to do. Nowhere in the original Greek or Hebrew is found
where they sing.
Perhaps a word study of
the Hebrew verb RANAN, as cited herein from the Strong's Word list might be
instructive for you: ranan { raw-nan'} a primitive root; TWOT - 2134,2179; v

Job 38:7's use of this
verb, which unquestionably connotes speech -- indeed, loud outcries -- in
song establishes at least one occasion in which angels did, in fact, sing.
Only the
redeemed are allowed to sing.
Allowed to sing? Heaven is
patrolled by the singing police? Only humans allowed? Give us a break.
Criticism we can take, but this kind of talk is downright foolish and
unbiblical.
Even all
the Christmas carols that we sing are really incorrect. When the angels
appeared to the shepherds they did not sing, the text Luke 2:13 says the
multitude of the heavenly hosts praising God and "SAYING" Glory to God.
And in Revelation, read Chapter 5. I rest my case.
Who doesn't sing when
they're happy? So when the angels rejoice over the repentance of a
sinner they will sin if they sing because they're not allowed?
