Our Dead Sea Scrolls Project
We met with Dr. Peter Flint, Canada Research Chair in Dead Sea
Scrolls Studies at Trinity Western University, British Columbia to discuss
production of a set of footnotes for the ISV based on an exhaustive
compilation of all of the Dead Sea Scroll and Septuagint variants that are known to affect the Masoretic
Text (Old Testament Hebrew) of the Bible. The goal of our discussions is to publish the ISV with these Dead Sea Scroll and Septuagint textual variants full
documented, confirming the ISV as one of the most most extensively documented English language
Bible translations published
anywhere to date.
