Public Disclosure Statements

The ISV Foundation is a California non-profit educational corporation, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America (the "Code") since August 1968. We are NOT a private foundation under the meaning of section 509(a) of the Code. Instead, we are described under section 509(a)(3) of the Code, which classifies us as a public charity. Contributions to us are tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. However, as a matter of practice, we rarely solicit private or public grants.

Documents posted below fulfill requirements of 26 CFR Part 301 and 602 and 26 USC 6104(d), which require that the previous three years of our information returns be made available for public inspection and download on the Internet in lieu of maintaining a public inspection file for these documents in our offices. All documents posted below are true, accurate, and correct copies of the actual filings, even if they lack images of wet signatures by the individuals who authorized the original filings.
